As you step inside, you'll notice the stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. The open living space is bright and welcoming, with plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. There's also high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The bedrooms are both furnished with comfortable queen-size beds and soft linens, and both bathrooms are clean and modern. For your convenience, enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer. One of the best features of our condo is the fully fenced-in backyard, which is perfect for your furry friend to run around and play. There's also a private covered outdoor patio, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. A starter supply (trash bags, coffee pods, toilet paper, dish soap) is provided on check-in day. These items won’t be restocked—guests are responsible for any extras needed during the entire stay.

Starter Essentials Provided – We provide a starter supply of essentials such as trash bags, K-pods, toilet paper, and dish soap. Any additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility, so we recommend planning ahead. 3. Report Maintenance Issues Promptly – If anything unexpected happens or requires attention, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. 4. Follow Check-Out Instructions – Before departure, please place used linens in the bathtub and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins. Our cleaner will arrive at 11 AM for turnover. 5. Respect Noise Levels & Community Rules – Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am). 6. Parking - Street parking is available but is based on a first-come-first served basis. No parking space is guaranteed.
