As you step inside, you'll notice the stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. The open living space is bright and welcoming, with plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. There's also high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The bedrooms are both furnished with comfortable queen-size beds and soft linens, and both bathrooms are clean and modern. For your convenience, enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer. One of the best features of our condo is the fully fenced-in backyard, which is perfect for your furry friend to run around and play. There's also a private covered outdoor patio, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. A starter supply (trash bags, coffee pods, toilet paper, dish soap) is provided on check-in day. These items won’t be restocked—guests are responsible for any extras needed during the entire stay.

Any additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility, so we recommend planning ahead. 3. Report Maintenance Issues Promptly – If anything unexpected happens or requires attention, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. 4. Follow Check-Out Instructions – Before departure, please place used linens in the bathtub and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins. Our cleaner will arrive at 11 AM for turnover. 5. Respect Noise Levels & Community Rules – Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am). 6. Parking - Street parking is available but is based on a first-come-first served basis. No parking space is guaranteed.
