The room-by-room climate-controlled environment keeps you comfortable in any weather. Kitchen and Dining: Our expansive kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, a countertop dishwasher, a microwave, and a full-size fridge and freezer. With ample space for baking and cooking, every meal becomes a special event. Bedroom Bliss: Enjoy the ultimate sleep experience on our luxurious king-size bed. The bedroom, bright and welcoming, ensures a peaceful night's sleep. Bathroom and Laundry: The bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combo perfect for soothing soaks or quick pet baths. Coin-operated laundry facilities on-site add to the practicality of your stay. Outdoor and Extras: Relax or entertain in our large shared backyard, perfect for grilling or enjoying the outdoors. The unit includes two off-street parking spaces, with additional free street parking available. Parking - Street parking is available but is based on a first-come-first served basis. No parking space is guaranteed. A starter supply (trash bags, coffee pods, toilet paper, dish soap) is provided on check-in day. These items won’t be restocked—guests are responsible for any extras needed during the entire stay.

1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm. 2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund. If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancellation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not): *Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45-minute drive) of the rental property *University or High School students *Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy
