Starter Essentials Provided – We supply basic items like trash bags, K-pods, toilet paper, and dish soap. Any additional supplies needed will be the guest’s responsibility. 4. Follow Check-Out Instructions – Ensure all trash is disposed of properly, used linens are placed in the designated area, and the home is left in good condition. 5. Respect Noise Levels – Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours, to be considerate of neighbors (10 pm to 8 am) 6. Parking - Street parking is available but is based on a first-come-first served basis. No parking space is guaranteed. 7. There's an ongoing construction in the neighbor next door from 8 am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not have control over their construction period or process, Neighborhood is otherwise peaceful and quiet.
