These guidelines help us maintain the property and provide a positive experience for everyone. By staying at our home, you acknowledge and agree to follow these rules. 1. Respect the Home – Treat the property as if it were your own. Keep it clean and tidy throughout your stay. Also, the trash collection is every Thursday and recycling collection is every other Wednesday. The large cans need to be brought to the curb when it should be and must be returned to the backyard. 2. Report Issues Promptly – Notify us immediately of any maintenance concerns, even unexpected ones, so we can address them quickly. 3. Starter Essentials Provided – We supply basic items like trash bags, K-pods, toilet paper, and dish soap. Any additional supplies needed will be the guest’s responsibility. 4. Follow Check-Out Instructions – Ensure all trash is disposed of properly, used linens are placed in the designated area, and the home is left in good condition. 5. Respect Noise Levels – Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours, to be considerate of neighbors (10 pm to 8 am) 6. Parking - Street parking is available but is based on a first-come-first served basis. No parking space is guaranteed. 7. There's an ongoing construction in the neighbor next door from 8 am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not have control over their construction period or process, Neighborhood is otherwise peaceful and quiet.
