At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite and surveillance cameras outside the property. 1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm. 2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund. 3) Follow Pinellas County noise ordinance (quiet hours: 10pm–7am) If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancellation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not): *Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45-minute drive) of the rental property *University or High School students *Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy
