Also, the trash collection is every Thursday and recycling collection is every other Wednesday. The large cans need to be brought to the curb when it should be and must be returned to the backyard. 2. Report Issues Promptly – Notify us immediately of any maintenance concerns, even unexpected ones, so we can address them quickly. 3. Starter Essentials Provided – A starter supply (trash bags, coffee pods, toilet paper, dish soap) is provided on check-in day. These items won’t be restocked—guests are responsible for any extras needed during the entire stay. 4. Follow Check-Out Instructions – Ensure all trash is disposed of properly, used linens are placed in the designated area, and the home is left in good condition. 5. Respect Noise Levels – Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours, to be considerate of neighbors (10 pm to 8 am) 6. Parking - Street parking is available but is based on a first-come-first served basis.
